I found this video very inspiring. David Allen (who wrote the book Getting Things Done) gives a talk to Google staff. The length of the video is 45 minutes, I watch it entirely ! If you've read the book, the video will give you another vision of it, by the author, if you did not read it, it will give you an introduction.

I enjoyed this! It's basically a clarification on an old and time-honored tradition of making a list of stuff you need to do and do it. I'll probably go buy the book!

Yes, you got the point. This method is very "natural", and concrete. I've read the book, it's very inspiring. I especially like the "mind like water" state notion.
